Refund Policy

We want every transaction on SparkleHomes to be fair. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.

How to Request a Refund

  1. 1Email refunds@sparklehomes.co.ke from your registered email address.
  2. 2Include your transaction reference number (found in your payment receipt email).
  3. 3Describe the reason for your refund request.
  4. 4We will acknowledge your request within one business day and resolve it within 5 business days.

Payment Provider

All payments are processed by Paystack. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Card refunds may take an additional 2–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank. SparkleHomes does not charge fees to process refunds.

Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with our decision, you may escalate your dispute to Paystack via their resolution centre or contact the Kenya Consumer Protection Advisory Committee. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly.
